You have really helped me out here. I am sometimes behind - like I hear about the event in the paper after it has happened. I will be using this fantastic calendar you put together. Thanks, Jen!
Here's info about an event for this Monday that you might want to add to your calendar:
State Auditor Candidate Kamal Jain Holds Town Hall Meeting at Endicott Estate
Total Transparency Town Hall Meeting with Kamal Jain
Join Kamal Jain, candidate for State Auditor, at a Town Hall-style meeting at the Endicott Estate Ballroom, 656 East Street, Dedham on Monday, August 9th, 7-8:30pm.
Do you know how your state government is spending YOUR money?
They're spending about a billion dollars every week. $1,000,000,000 = each week!
Where's it all going? Wouldn't you like to know?
Kamal Jain will provide info on how much the state really spends every year, how voters can find out what it's all being spent on, and give answers to your questions.
He'll explain what the State Auditor's office does and present his plan to bring Total Transparency to Massachusetts, letting you see every dollar and every dime of state spending.
This event is free and open to the public. Light snacks will be served.
Please bring a non-perishable food item to be donated to the Dedham Food Pantry.

My name is Cheryl Kerr -we met briefly at the Music festival in June at the DCH. I'm the minister at Allin Church and occasionally we have events that are open to the public or we co-sponsor a public event. I'm wondering if you might add these events to your calendar. One in particular is that we, along with St. Luke's, are sponsoring a showing of "Letters to God" at the Dedham Community Theater this Sunday night at 9pm.
Thanks so much, Jenn. I look forward to getting in touch!
Hi Jen, Happy New Year! Just discovered your calendar today. A little late to the party! Great idea. Don't forget to add the Library Innovation team meeting on Monday.
Hi there Jen, It's that time of year again. The Dragonfly Theater has anounced it's season. We loved having you come last year so I'd like you to know. We are performing a Midsummer Night's Dream July 22-31. Fri and Sat at 6pm and Sun at 2. As always all the Dragonfly shows are free of charge and once again this year we are at the Fairbanks House. Hope to see you there. Beca
St. Luke's Lutheran Church will be hosting an Irish Hymn Festival on September 25 at 3:00 PM. Guest fiddler Samantha Gillogly and guitarist Edward Harkey join the ensembles of St. Luke's and organist Robert S. Potterton III for a Celebration of Irish Hymnody spanning over five hundred years, including classics like "Come, Thou Fount of Every Blessing" and "Be Thou My Vision", as well as modern Irish hymns and instrumental music. There is a suggested donation of $5.00 per person, and a reception will follow. We hope to see you there!
If I'm missing something, let me know!
