A more informed Dedhamite

My recent poll, "What weekly newspaper will you read?" demonstrated that Dedhamites, for the moment, are a bit more loyal to the Times, with 40% of the vote to the Transcript's 31%.   However, a decent percentage, 28%,  are going to read both.  The more reporters on the street, the better. The Dedham Transcript will arrive  at your door on Thursday's and the Dedham Times in your mailbox on Friday's.    Both will cost the same for yearly subscription, $34 and .75 at the stand.  We know how the big newspapers are doing and if we are going to support newspapers, I think it should be our local ones.  There is a family behind the Times and a young, energetic group of journalists behind the Transcript and they both share one mission: keeping Dedham residents informed.
